Great service and very professional. I met with Jocelyn at Avenue tax service because I had a amended for 2018 tax return to do and I had no idea how to do it. H&R block tried to charge 200 bucks which is insane but avenue tax service charged a very low fee. Jocelyn did a great job in explaining what I needed and she even prepare everything for me all way down to putting the postal stamps on the envelope that I was sending my amendment in. For a smaller company that H&R block and others they really do have great customer service. I will be filling my taxes with them in the future.

I love this place so much, no matter how many time I call they always have positive and uplifting spirits. They always help me get what I need. This is the first place that I know of that actually gave me the money they said they would for each person I sent to them. If you are needing a place to get a tax loan and feel welcomed come here, they will welcome you with open arms… make sure you ask for Mrs. Betty Smith she is awesome and I love her so much, she has been doing my taxes for 3 years now.
